Artboard Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Artboard app ("Artboard", "the app", "we", "us") handles information. Artboard is a drawing and step-by-step drawing learning app for Android phones and tablets, published by DevPress.

Summary

Information stored on your device

Artboard stores the following only on your device, in the app's private storage:

We do not have access to this information. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Photos and files

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Artboard shows banner ads on some screens (Home, Learn and Gallery) and offers optional rewarded ads that grant extra learning turns. The drawing board and tutorials do not show ads. Ads are only loaded when your device is online.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:

This data is collected by Google, not by us. Google's use of it is governed by Google's policies:

Artboard asks AdMob to show only general-audience (rated G) ads.

Your choices about ads

Information we do not collect

Artboard does not:

Data sharing

We do not share personal information with anyone. The only third party that receives data from the app is Google AdMob, as described in the Advertising section above.

Data security

Your drawings and settings stay in the app's private storage on your device, protected by your device's security. Network connections made by the advertising SDK use encryption (HTTPS); the app does not allow unencrypted network traffic.

Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect your data, there is nothing for us to delete on a server. You can delete your data at any time by:

Files you exported to your Pictures folder or another folder remain there until you delete them.

Children

Artboard is designed to be family-friendly and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Artboard itself collects no personal information from any user, and it requests only general-audience ads. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been collected through ads in the app, please contact us and we will help you resolve it with Google.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Since Artboard does not collect personal information, most requests can be handled on your device as described above. For advertising data, use Google's controls listed above. You can also contact us with any questions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the app adds features. We will post the updated policy at this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
